This approach helps build personal character and lead by use for a good tone (Boylon, 2009) Deontological ethics is a direct of ethics judged to the morality of a persons actions based on certain honest rules. This form of ethics is slump solely on rules to train what is right and wrong.

Deontology states that the violations are babelike on what kind of action it is, unlike consequentialism, whereas it is about the consequences it involves about.
